Sarah is an integrative therapist utilizing a holistic approach to therapy with an emphasis on mind, body and spirit collaboration. In each session this is met through an eclectic blend of modalities and tools to access the vision of whole person wellness.

Sarah works well with creative, intuitive, and open individuals and couples who are brave enough to see and be seen in their wholeness.
She offers individual and couple sessions for people in traditional and non-traditional relationships (poly/kink affirming, LGBTQIA+ Affirming therapist). Sarah also offers somatic experiencing sessions and other trauma healing work.
Sarah holds a Master of Social Work from East Carolina University (2004) and she has been licensed and practicing as a Clinical Social Worker since 2009. She has received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Interpersonal Meditation (Circling), Transpersonal work, Intimacy and connection practices.
Sarah graduated in 2015 from The Healing Arts and Massage School in Raleigh, NC. Her training integrated Lymphatic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, myofacial and trigger point work as well as Reflexology.
Sarah is a Reiki Master and was attuned to this life force energy in 2014. She utilizes energy healing and meditation with both therapy and massage sessions.
